New Family Registration

Welcome to FBCO! We are so glad you have decided to check us out and visit us on a Sunday. If you would, take a moment to fill out this New Family Form so that we can get some information about your family. If you have kids, this will make check-in a breeze once this is done! If you have children that plan to attend Kids Church on Sunday morning, when you arrive find one of our Kids Check-In stations just inside the front doors. Let our volunteers know that you have already completed the registration so they can help you select the kids you need to check-in, and you will be good to go! Your kid’s name labels will be printed along with a security tag for your family.
